A sweet potato shochu from Kagoshima. I didn't expect to be able to drink this in the country. The first impression might feel like a typical orthodox sweet potato shochu, but if you roll it around in your mouth, you'll feel much more complex flavors and layers. The craftsmanship is top-notch, arguably the best except for 3M. I like this shochu.
