Hwayo 41 Soju is a crisp, premium Soju made from 100% Korean rice, natural mineral water & yeast, then bottled at 41% ABV. It begins delicately with hints of grains & tropical fruits, leading into a fresh palate with notes of rice & banana cream, and finishes with a balanced, medium-length conclusion.
It shows originality for distilling Soju in a non-industrial, mass-produced green bottle style. The original Soju was not in a green bottle.
Very light and easy to drink.
