This bottle, part of Batch 4 and distilled by a person named Ken, has an aroma of sawdust, walnuts, and a touch of fruit, like berries or grapes. The taste is moderately spicy and clean, with a cooling sensation on the finish reminiscent of mint, though not a mint flavor itself. It warrants another tasting in the coming weeks.

This comes from a local distillery in my hometown of San Diego, and regrettably, it's undrinkable. Tastes like sawdust, grain, and rubbing alcohol. Fortunately, I tried it at someone else's place, as I would not pay for a taste or a bottle.
Completely awful and an insult to other bourbons. It tastes like unadulterated corn whiskey and likely only meets the legal definition of bourbon because it fulfills the minimum legal criteria. Garbage.
The aroma is very sweet with abundant fruit. The taste is quite underwhelming after such a promising smell... it feels very thin, and the finish is acceptable.
