Cheri Chacon 4.0

The nose is immediately creamy, featuring charred oak, vanilla, a hint of caramel, ripe fruit, and some banana. It absolutely doesn't reveal its proof, seeming much gentler than expected. It's incredible on the nose, hopefully leading to an even better tasting experience. The palate is slightly dry but rich, starting with an intense burst of baking spices followed by charred oak and vanilla that saturate the mouth. Fruit, banana, and burnt caramel are present in the background, offering nice nuances to explore. The stave combination is unknown, but it provides a great balance of bold flavors and finer details to discover with every sip. The finish is medium-long and spicy, leaving the mouth tingling as the charred oak recedes.
