Tasted neat from the bottle's first pour, without much aeration. The nose is quite light, featuring notes of chocolate-covered cherries and vanilla. The palate leads with vanilla and cinnamon. The finish is relatively brief, with hints of oak and dark chocolate alongside baking spices. While the finish is short, this offers one of the more substantial 'Kentucky Hugs' I've experienced. It works well for sipping or in mixed drinks.
