Mm ps generation's taste off 2021 Nose has a little ethanol, sweet hint of wood Green oak hits you first, then spicy, light ethanol caramel. Light young oak finish. 4.1/5 2020 Less ethanol on the nose, less wood but replaced with caramel. 4.4/5 Toasted carmel/marshmallow pops in your mouth then light spicy sweet maybe caramelized orange. Warm numb and tangy buttery finish. 2019 Carmel bomb nose. Super rich butterscotch, caramel, a little creme brulee. Smooth and sweet but not overly sweet. Rich warm light oak finish. 4.5/5 I could enjoy either the 2019 or the 2020 bottling on any given evening. Tonight, the 2019 stands out due to its more viscous and extended finish.

Taste: Big vanilla with a bite of alcohol. Lingers with light oak and cinnamon. Look: Deep amber Smell: Some vanilla (less than others here) and gingerbread
This one seems significantly worse than the other two in the collection, but it still offers some nice caramel and spice. It doesn't feel as polished as the others; the finish is clean but not nearly as smooth.
Quite potent when consumed neat, improved served over ice. I would not purchase this, but I'm pleased to have received it as a present.
Acceptable flavor, rather strong for its proof, slightly better served with a large ice cube.
