A rich Cognac from Distillerie Galtauld, made with Craft Distillers in Cognac, France. It's minimally blended, double distilled in small alembic stills, and then aged in oak barrels. It starts with fruit, wood, herb, and spice aromas. The middle is fruity with orange, mango, peach, grape, fig, and vanilla notes. It finishes rich and moderately long with oak and honey flavors.
