An exquisite VSOP Cognac from Alexander Murray & Co., bottled at 40% ABV. It presents notes of dried and stewed fruits, wood, flowers, nuts, herbs, and spices. A rich mid-palate reveals notes of honey-buttered pastry, apple, apricot, fig, raisins, iris, and jasmine, leading to a warm and spicy finish of medium duration with hints of oak, vanilla, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, almond, and hazelnut.
