Mahae Gin Japanese Craft Gin

A subtle Awamori Gin from Masahiro Shuzo Distillery in Okinawa, Japan, made from long grain rice via two single distillations and infused with botanicals, bottled at 47% ABV. It presents a delicate beginning with citrus, tropical fruit, floral, berry, herb, and spice notes. Its balanced middle features juniper, guava leaves, Balinese long pepper, goya, Shek Washa, and Roselle, concluding with a quick, delicate finish. (resembles Shochu or Sake) April 2022
