Tenjaku (天雀), named after the skyfinch (a type of bird). This is the second Japanese gin in my collection, the first being Roku. Its botanicals include: juniper, orange peel, yuzu, sansho pepper, angelica root, cassia bark, green tea, and peach juice (information removed from the website). It presents itself as a delicate and subtle gin when mixed with tonic water. The notes are perfumed, very gentle and light. You can smell the juniper, citrus, and peppery notes, yet they are very well-balanced and don't overpower each other. Overall, it's a very pleasant and easy-drinking beverage. Recommended! Kenzie Zepeda 4.3

A bit sweet with a good amount of citrus. Some licorice notes from the angelica root. An easily sippable spirit that pairs well with tonic.

Makenna Flood 4.3

Fruity and herbal, with notes of peach, yuzu, and a slight pepperiness. This is easily enjoyable served chilled and straight.
