Sweet marzipan – no, it’s also reminiscent of leftover Christmas cake! – on the nose. Honey emerges once the glass warms from the first sips. An interesting sweet smoke – possibly the juniper – remains from the initial taste through the finish. The sweetness from the Sherry casks is dominant. It's a dessert whisky! The more I consume, the more I appreciate it.

Smoky with an ashy quality, tastes of honeyed meat or salami, sweet, and delicate.
