The initial aroma is promising, with buttery, fruity, ice cream notes and a sweet wine-like character. The taste continues with fruitiness, vanilla, and oak. The finish is somewhat disappointing, dominated solely by oak with little else lingering.
Aroma: Nutty, vanilla, aniseed, and herbal notes. Taste: Syrup, ginger, vanilla, chocolate, with nutty/marzipan undertones. Finish: Spices, wine, oak, and tannin. Sweet dried fruit/berries.
