Nose: Wonderful red apple, vanilla, berry fruit, with a subtle oak presence. Palate: Smooth, cherry, pear, ginger. Caramel detected on a subsequent tasting. Finish: Grapes, oak, red apple. A slight dryness.
Vanilla and sherry sweetness on the nose, but a lingering pepper note dominates the finish.
