The Macallan Distil Your World: New York Edition, released in April 2022, is a limited edition whisky. It was developed in partnership with the Roca Brothers of El Celler de Can Roca in Spain and The Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan, aiming to embody the spirit of New York City. This single malt, which carries no age statement, was matured in six European and American oak casks, with only 1000 bottles produced.
