The Macallan Distil Your World: London Edition is a limited release whisky created in partnership with the Roca Brothers, proprietors of El Celler de Can Roca in Spain. This whisky aims to embody the spirit of London. It was aged in six first-fill European oak casks seasoned with oloroso sherry. A total of 2000 bottles were produced, and it was bottled at 57.5% ABV. Global availability commenced in November 2020.

62.7% ABV. Incredible nose with heavy caramelized notes, dried fruit, and mint. The body is very complex, with nutty and red fruit flavors, an oily texture, and a long finish.
Sampled the cask strength London edition; it's certainly one to savor over time, delivering a significant impact in both flavor and strength.
