Nose: A caramel overload, with subtle cherry and oak notes. A hint of nuttiness, a touch of rye, and faint pencil shavings. Body: Full and coating, a result of the alcohol content. Palate: Spiced with cinnamon and caramel, and a peppery kick. Finish: Medium to long, with a warming sensation. Note: Purchased directly from lucky seven. This is a potent, full-bodied dram characterized by caramel and pepper. I appreciate it, though I wouldn't say I love it.
