About this bottle
Cooper Spirits Co. presents its oldest offering to date with this 21-year-old rye. It was distilled and barreled in May 1999 using a mash bill of 100% rye. After maturing for 21 years in new, charred American oak barrels, it was bottled at 111 proof. This release, available in July 2022, had a production run of only 1200 cases.
