Braeden Mendez 3.0

Nose: Berries and cream, vanilla, fudge. Extremely sweet - like icing sugar. Tastes of pear drop boiled sweets. Palate: Very sweet, rich, and heavily sherried. Lots of fruit, with hints of cereals and some spices (clove & cinnamon). Finish: Lingers moderately. Stewed fruit, black pepper, clove, allspice, and oak. This is quite full-bodied for such a young spirit. Very sweet and very fruity (pear drop sweets). The spices become more dominant on the finish, which turns dry and oaky on the aftertaste. A very drinkable young spirit - not bad at all. It hints at good things to come. It ranked second out of the six samples, receiving 22% of the final vote for favourite of the night. 74% of those present said they enjoyed the spirit.
