Produced at the Mannochmore distillery, this is the darkest whisky, with the most added caramel. Nose: licorice, medicinal herbs/syrup, something intensely burnt, coffee. Palate: Smooth, balsamic, soy sauce, brown sugar, coffee grounds. Finish: brief to moderate, licorice, slightly sweet and bitter. It was enjoyable to sample. 20cl bottle.
