Smoked peppers and vegetation on the nose. A delicate, smoky, somewhat sweet pepper flavor is present, along with salt and alcohol. It's not ideal for drinking straight, but it should work well in cocktails, offering an alternative to the sweetness of Ancho Reyes. The spice level is quite low.
