Notes of dark fruit with some tartness and sharpness. Sweetness like candy in the finish. Ranked third in a blind tasting, behind the second-place Heaven's Door Double Barrel Whiskey and the first-place Sagamore Spirit Double Oak Rye.

A big fan of MGP, and this is a prime instance of a decade-old spirit. The reduced alcohol content makes it quite palatable, with a substantial mouthfeel. A traditional bourbon.
A hint of vanilla initially, followed by cotton candy bubble gum, with a caramel aftertaste that lingers.
Smooth, easy to drink, fantastic texture, awesome finish, a must-have
Quite pleasing, with notes of cotton candy and a medium to long aftertaste.
Smooth on the tongue. Nice finish.
