Sharlene Schaffer 3.5

Initially, I acquired this bottle for $26 plus shipping (which was shared across multiple bottles). Despite the assortment in my purchase, this bottle was the one I was most intrigued by due to its high rating. I tasted it right away but don't recall being particularly impressed. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't outstanding either. I still felt it was worth more than I paid. Today, I finally returned to this bottle. Remembering it was quite fiery, and possibly showing its youth, I added a couple of drops of water to actually taste it on the first sip. I'm a complete beginner, so I'll skip the smell and taste descriptions and provide this instead. I've confirmed that this bottle, if found for under $50, represents an incredible value. Most likely originating from Glenfarclas and a fantastic bottling from that distillery, if that's the case. If you're looking for tasting notes, I recommend checking reviews for the GF 12 (perhaps) and imagine them intensified. It doesn't quite have the same kick as the GF105, though. Sounds good, doesn't it? It's certainly worth a try if you can still find it at that low price.
