Lismore 15 Year is a single malt Scotch whisky originating from the Speyside region. While the brand is under the ownership of the independent bottler William Lundie & Co., the whisky itself is sourced from an unidentified Speyside distillery, with Glenfarclas commonly believed to be the actual source. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Initial notes of indistinct spices and unusual fruit flavors, possibly cantaloupe or apricots, eventually give way to subtle honey, caramel, and chocolate. The palate enters smoothly with light honey, caramel, and chocolate notes, continuing through a medium finish that ends with a slight bitterness.
The nose is quite sweet, with notes of toffee and cereals. The palate is softly rich, with only faint traces of dried fruit. The finish is short and fleeting; it's best not to dilute it significantly with water. An exceptional price, however.
Smooth, with floral notes and raisin. Very creamy.
Would benefit from being 46% ABV. Thanks to the individual who provided it.
