Liberty Call San Diego County Spiced Rum is made by redistilling white rum and infusing it with spices like clove and nutmeg, with the spice basket regularly refreshed. The rum uses only the "best of hearts" and is then rested in toasted and charred oak with a touch of handmade caramel.
