Initial tasting. The underlying rum is good, with a slightly oily texture. The spices are mild, dominated by pumpkin spice. Superior to most spiced rums I've encountered.

About this bottle
Liberty Call San Diego County Spiced Rum is made by redistilling white rum and infusing it with spices like clove and nutmeg, with the spice basket regularly refreshed. The rum uses only the "best of hearts" and is then rested in toasted and charred oak with a touch of handmade caramel.
