This is difficult. I want to enjoy this bottle but I cannot. The aroma is caramel and leather. It feels smooth in the mouth, but the flavor is like decaying leather. The pear note becomes intensely bitter unless it has considerable time to breathe. The conclusion is brief and slightly disagreeable.

The flavoring is faint, perhaps excessively so. A nice chocolate finish lingers, with a whisper of butterscotch on the palate. These flavors are incredibly understated, I can't emphasize that enough. While it might displease some, it's quite smooth going down.
The aroma is intensely herbal and wheaty. The palate offers significant complexity, featuring notes of grass, sweetness, oiliness, richness, and bitterness. It finishes with unexpected smoothness and a pleasant warmth in the chest, followed by a mild bitter finish.
This Georgia Peach whiskey had a strong, sweet port-like flavor, reminiscent of a heavy dessert wine. It was acceptable, not a top pick, but an interesting novelty.
Earthy, yeasty, distinct. I wasn't a fan of this when I first began drinking whiskey, but I appreciate its complexity and singularity now.
Sweet, grassy, and very young. Not my preference at all. I actually like their peach flavored version better (unconventional).
