About this bottle
This rye is produced using a mash bill that includes locally sourced, non-GMO grains, featuring corn from the distiller's own farm, alongside toasted malted barley and rye (55% rye, 30% corn, 15% toasted malted barley). It is distilled to 137 proof using a copper pot still and entered the barrels at 110 proof. Matured in new, charred American oak barrels with a #4 char for a minimum of 7 years, it adheres to bottled-in-bond regulations and is bottled at 100 proof.
