Ron Legendario, established in 1946 with a single distillery in Havana, Cuba, now operates six across the island, including in Matanzas, Villa Clara, Havana, and three in Pinar del Rio. This premium rum, derived from molasses, has undergone 15 years of maturation in American white oak via the Solera method.

This rum was a pleasant surprise. Having enjoyed Elixir De Cuba, I tried this and found it excellent. While the 200 EUR price is excessive, it was a worthwhile sipping experience. The presentation, including the box and display, made the purchase feel justified. The rum has a low burn and a great flavor, making it a mild spirit. I would consider it a mild rum.
