Nose: almonds, honey, sugary, a touch of fusels, a bit of oak Palate: sweet with red fruit and aged character, reminiscent of sherry, moderate warmth, a distinct wood essence
Slow-moving legs with a pleasing finish. Not harsh despite the 102 proof. Easy to drink. Would likely be good served over ice.
