About this bottle
Laws Honey Cask Finished Bourbon is part of Laws Whiskey House's Special Finish Series, a limited offering. It begins with the distillery's Four Grain Straight Bourbon, made from a mash bill of 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, and 10% heirloom malted barley. This bourbon is aged for over three years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels. Afterward, a local apiary uses these barrels for Colorado honey, and upon honey removal, the barrels are refilled with the bourbon for a second finishing period. The whiskey is bottled at 50% ABV (suggested retail price $84.99).
