Laws Whiskey House San Luis Valley Bonded Straight Rye Whiskey is an intense, grain-to-glass Straight Rye Whiskey by Laws Whiskey House, founded by Alan Laws in Denver, Colorado. It is made with sweet winter rye from the Cody Family Farm in the San Luis Valley, aged at least 7 years in American white oak barrels, and bottled at 47.5% ABV. It starts delicately with hints of rye, citrus, herbs & spices; a full & balanced middle adds notes of pralines, cocoa, vanilla, mint, cinnamon & citrus; leading to a long & hot finish.
