It is made with sweet winter rye from the Cody Family Farm in the San Luis Valley, aged at least 7 years in American white oak barrels, and bottled at 47.5% ABV. It starts delicately with hints of rye, citrus, herbs & spices; a full & balanced middle adds notes of pralines, cocoa, vanilla, mint, cinnamon & citrus; leading to a long & hot finish.
