About this bottle
Las Californias is a gin brand developed by the Casa Lumbre team, including Master Distiller Iván Soldaña. The botanicals used in the gins are sourced from the coastal regions of both California and Baja, Mexico. This particular expression features Middle Eastern fig, apricot, citrus peels and leaves, lemongrass, almond, California juniper, and grape vines and leaves. It is bottled at 40% ABV and became available in June 2022.
