About this bottle
Larsen's Aqua Ignis, meaning "water fire" in Latin, is produced from eaux de vie originating from the Fins Bois and Bons Bois regions. Following aging in traditional French oak casks, the blend is recasked into specialized "Aqua Ignis III" barrels. These 250-liter barrels undergo a triple process involving immersion in hot water and subsequent toasting over an open fire in a brasero.
