Incredible aroma, packed with intriguing scents. Hints of ocean salt, lemon balm, soil, peat, tar, damp rock, caramel, and dark berries, with a subtle touch of licorice. It's impressively full-bodied, a powerful Laphroaig with palate complexity matching the aroma. Notes of white pepper, dark fruits, treated leather, candy caramel, coastal bonfire, savory smoke, black pepper, and cooked stone fruits. The lingering aftertaste is rich, smooth, and extended, revealing smoke, damp rock, sweet dark fruits, vanilla, and a hint of saltiness. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
