The stuff of legends. Dark chocolate, raisins, strawberry jam, and raspberries are present alongside smoke, tar, and oyster brine. Smoky, yet subtle. Not overwhelming. Smooth and viscous. Lingering finish. Hickory smoke on the aroma. Excellent product!
