This cask strength Laphroaig speaks for itself! It's not as smoky as the 10, but it's incredibly intricate. The malt, fruit, smoke, and citrus notes are harmoniously blended. While costly, it's truly a superb whisky.

Lightly sweet smoke reminiscent of oily smoked fish, mingled with brine, aged leather, camphor, and roasted corn, particularly the husk. Also notes of tarragon, chervil, white pepper, and a touch of dried orange and lime zest.
A very smoky spirit with a smooth finish.
