A surprising Single Malt Whisky, finished in Amburana barrels and a Silver Medal recipient at The World Whisky Masters 2021. This whisky is pleasing to both the nose and palate, a result of the Amburana wood. Its creation involves a unique combination of two distinct woods during the maturation process, making it exclusive and original. Initially, the whisky matures in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, imparting sweet flavors like hazelnut, vanilla, and honey, along with delicate notes of cinnamon and ginger. It's then finished in Amburana barrels, a traditional Brazilian wood, which adds a unique woody aroma and floral notes that balance the sweetness, increasing the drink's complexity.
