About this bottle
The Prima & Ultima Collection showcases scarce single malts from Diageo brands, representing either the initial or final offerings of their kind. Master Blender Dr. Craig Wilson selected the third release, featuring the last two casks from the 1993 vintage: a PX/oloroso sherry seasoned butt and a refill American oak hogshead. Bottled at natural cask strength, it is unfiltered and contains no added color. With only 642 bottles produced, this Lagavulin is one of four in the series available in the U.S. as of June 2022.
