About this bottle
Kuroki Honten Distillery produces Kiroku "Memory" Shochu from "kogane sensan" sweet potatoes cultivated on the distiller's own land, along with rice koji. It is aged for three years in kame (large porcelain pots) and presented at 25% ABV.
