Nose: Intense young (gin-like) aroma before adding water Rich Sugar cookie Vanilla ice cream Pecans Taste: Caramel Buttery sweetness, like sweet cream, possibly from millet Slightly peppery Lovely mouthfeel, like melted ice cream Overall shows a lot of promise, but would greatly benefit from a full four years in the barrel, in my opinion.
