Smooth and rich flavor of grains. Very subtle. It pairs well as a side with a smorgasbord/smørrebrød, particularly with marinated Danish herring and raw salted Dutch herring. Despite its high alcohol content, it can be easily enjoyed at room temperature or chilled straight from the freezer. There's no need to dilute it with ice. This offers the purest vodka experience I've had over the years.
