Sourced from Indiana and aged in Texas, this bourbon has a mash bill comprising 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. While each bottling is a single barrel, they are all reduced to a 46% ABV for bottling.

Corn, rye, and malt make up this whiskey. It was aged for five to seven years and has a 92 proof. This bourbon, produced in Indiana and aged in Texas, is quite pleasing. It offers notes of caramel, oak, red fruit, maple, citrus, and cinnamon.
I found it very pleasing and would certainly purchase it again. It’s suitable for sipping, not overly heavy, yet offers good flavor expressions.
