This rich ginseng liquor from South Korea is made by aging Korean ginseng for 5 to 6 years and is bottled at 19% ABV. It's said to boost appetite and circulation, and reduce fatigue. The aroma has notes of earth, nuts, and roots. The taste is rich and full, with notes of peanut and ginseng root, leading to a slightly creamy, medium-length finish with a hint of carrot. From February 2023.
