Nose: freshly cut flowers Taste: apple, melon, and some grapefruit. Finish: Fairly quick; you might miss it if you blink. It's not bad, but it's quite simple and somewhat watery. The Hwayo 23 would be a better choice, as it doesn't disappear and tastes less watery.
A bright Soju from South Korea, made from rice and bottled at 24% ABV. It offers notes of rice and tropical fruits, with a fresh quality adding hints of rice pudding, leading to a delicate finish with a touch of banana cream.
