Jinro Is Back

A clean Soju from South Korea. It's made with rice and neutral spirits from grain, tapioca, sweet potato, and white potato. Comes in at 16.5% alcohol by volume. It starts off subtly with rice flavors, then lives a lively but brief life, ending quickly like Sake. November 2022

Surprisingly pure and uncomplicated. A moderate sweetness and a slightly velvety mouthfeel.
