Nose: vanilla frozen dessert, vanilla cream soda pop, vanilla bean pods. Indeed, it's a vanilla overload. Palate: precisely all the aromas from the nose, a touch of gentle smoky char. Finish: all the aforementioned flavors with a final hint of oak and a slight drying bitterness. This spirit heavily features vanilla alongside some barrel char smoke and oak. Yes, it's somewhat single-focused. However, it's sweet, flows well considering the alcohol content, and is quite enjoyable. Nearly a rich bourbon. Great quality!
