This bottle has significantly improved over the past three months. It's a fantastic pour all the way through. Sipping it neat reveals great flavors of caramel, oak, and cloves with a touch of sweet corn. Let it breathe and savor it neat in a hand-warmed glass. I'll miss this bottle.

Enjoyable on its own, but even better served over a small ice cube.
