A smooth, Single Malt Irish Whiskey from The Great Northern Distillery in Ireland, aged 12 years in toasted oak Bourbon barrels. It boasts an inviting scent of biscuits and honeyed vanilla with hints of allspice and toasted marshmallow; a rich and full body offers notes of granola, vanilla custard, dried peach, almonds, and freshly cut grass; leading to a long and peppery finish with suggestions of toasted oak and black pepper.
