Kinsey, a resurrected Pennsylvania brand, is now bottled by Philadelphia's New Liberty Distillery, aiming to replicate the original Kinsey Blended Whiskey. This 10-year-old whiskey consists entirely of corn and was aged in previously used bourbon barrels.

Surprisingly light for a 10-year-old. My top choice after trying most of the available whiskeys from this producer. Sweet corn and vanilla flavors are immediate, followed by floral notes, then fading to caramel and oak. The American corn style is evident initially, with bourbon barrel aging noticeable on the finish.
A pleasant light dessert whiskey with hints of honey, vanilla, and a touch of orange zest. I only wish it had a slightly higher proof, as it's a bit subdued. But that's to be expected at its current strength. Still quite enjoyable, an easy, uncomplicated spirit for dessert. It ranks in the middle for me.
Color: Bright Gold Nose: Floral, honey, sweet creamed corn, banana, oakiness, and a touch of vanilla. Palate: Green apple, vanilla, caramel, creamed corn, and heather. Finish: Semi-sweet vanilla, subtle spices/touch of pepper, and oakiness.
