Cynthia Foreman 3.5

Nose: Coconut and vanilla blend (or perhaps vanilla cake), a whisper of grass, and subtle oak undertones. It's light and agreeable. Palate: Notes of chocolate, dark cherries, coffee beans, and oak. It avoids excessive sweetness, leaning towards a robust flavor profile. Finish: Oak wood, hints of baking spices, and toasted coconut. This is my first experience with a rum from Thailand, and I find it quite enjoyable, though not exceptionally remarkable. It's considerably less sweet than the rums I typically encounter, offering more pronounced dark and woody characteristics. I sampled it neat, and while the alcohol content is apparent, it doesn't feel excessively harsh. All in all, it's a very pleasant and intriguing departure from my regular rum selections.
