A complex Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Kilchoman Distillery; a farm distillery established by Anthony Wills in Islay, Scotland. It's produced using 30% of their own barley, with the remainder sourced from Port Ellen Maltings. It is a blend of 4 & 5-year-old malt aged in Bourbon casks with an Oloroso finish. It begins smoky with notes of straw, salted white chocolate & hints of sherry; while a balanced & clean middle adds notes of black pepper, butterscotch, lemon peel, fresh strawberry & fruit punch; leading to a long & tarry finish with notes of peat, salt & baking spices.
